Lang Realty first opened its doors in 1988, and still operates from the original premises in Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera. We are a family run business, with three generations of the Lang family currently working in the company.

In addition to being market leaders in residential sales over the past thirty two years, Lang Realty has also enjoyed fruitful associations with a number of Government departments. These include:

  • Selling land for Queensland Rail at Coomera and Helensvale
  • Purchasing, selling & leasing properties for the Department of Mains Roads
  • Purchasing & selling properties for the Gold Coast City Council
  • Advisory position with Department of Education, relating to demographics in the region.
