The Property management industry really does need more people like Lisa working in it.
My circumstances are not the norm, in fact they are far from it. Lisa was the first property manager who spoke to me as a person and got to know my daughter and I as well as my in training service dog Abby-Rose and our circumstances. Lisa realised that sometimes there is more to people than what is written on an application - there is a story.
When we were looking for a new rental I spent hours trying to speak with property managers just to be told "sorry they are out" or asked to leave a message which didn't get returned. It was so frustrating!! Lisa was just fabulous, professional beyond words.
Lisa represented your company in a manner that I simply can not put into words. I can only say that because of the relationship that Lisa has built from the first moment we spoke; I know that I will have no hesitation discussing any concerns with Lisa at any time.
Lisa, whilst always ensuring she is doing what is best for the home owner; Lisa also ensures she is building solid relationships with tenants which in my case meant so much as we were experiencing some not so nice experiences with the previous home owner.
